ELUG was set up to provide an opportunity for people with an interest in Linux to be able to get together and exchange ideas and experiences related to it, in an informal and friendly manner.
People new to Linux are especially welcome and will gain the benefit of the collective many years of experience. At each meeting there will be the chance to bring along PC's and have Linux installed or upgraded to a 'late' distribution by the more experienced members.
Meetings are 'loosely' themed with practical demonstrations and presentations on many subjects relating to using Linux.
Most important of all, we aim to have fun!
